OUR SERVICE CALL GUARANTEE: At Magic Gardens Landscaping, every day, each of us commits to doing his/her best to ensure your satisfaction with the service calls our crews perform and the level of service we provide. If, despite our efforts and resolve, the fact that we are but human and, therefore, imperfect, results in your dissatisfaction with some aspect of our performance, we ask that you call our office within forty-eight hours to share your feedback with a Division Supervisor so that we are able to promptly implement the appropriate corrective action (within 48 hours of your call). If we fail to meet the agreed upon expectations fo the service call after our second attempt, it's free!

OUR STANDARD PLANT MATERIAL GUARANTEE: We guarantee our plant material to be healthy, vigorous, and free from insect and disease-related problems at the time of planting. We will guarantee plant material supplied and installed by Magic Gardens Landscaping, Inc. for a period of one year from the time of planting. Customer is responsible for proper care after installation, including, without limitation, proper watering, spraying for insect and or disease problems, damage caused by severe weather conditions, and damage caused by children or animals. Perennials are not guaranteed. Guarantee includes (1) replacement per plant if all payment terms within this contract have been met.

*OUR EXTENDED 3 YEAR PLANT MATERIAL WARRANTY: We guarantee our plant material to be healthy, vigorous, and free from insect and disease-related problems at the time of planting. We will guarantee plant material supplied and installed by Magic Gardens Landscaping, Inc. for a period of three years from the time of planting. Customer is responsible for proper care after installation, including, without limitation, proper watering, spraying for insect and or disease problems, damage caused by severe weather conditions, and damage caused by children or animals. Perennials are not guaranteed. Guarantee includes (1) replacement per plant if all payment terms within this contract have been met.

*This unprecedented extended plant material warranty (additional cost) is available to our clients who also enroll in our Grounds Maintenance Program for their new plantings to ensure “industry best practices” are maintained throughout the extented warranty period. Service Agreement includes pruning, insect and fungus control, mulch, irrigation management and pruning program. This program is not available for properties without automatic irrigation systems.

Plant replacements are performed during the months of May and October (usually around the middle of the month). We will automatically perform this service and replace plant material that has died within the guarantee period.

OUR 10 YEAR HARDSCAPING WARRANTY: We guarantee the workmanship for all of our landscape construction services for a period of ten years. Any repairs that must be performed as a result of improper workmanship shall be performed at no cost to the customer, provided that all payment terms within this contract have been met.

Our Guarantee will not be honored on unpaid merchandise or services.
